Established in the Netherlands in 1996, EuroDev has helped more than 150 American small and midsized businesses expand into Europe.

While our original focus was on industrial sales development, we later rounded out our service offerings with expertise in healthcare, retail, and mergers and acquisitions.

In 2000, we established a second office in France, which allowed us to better access a pan-European network of contacts and resources. At the same time, we established our HR Business Services division, which gave clients access to some of Europe's most sought-after talent.

Five years later, our Mergers and Acquisitions division originated. By starting a partnership with an international mergers and acquisitions firm, we were able  to offer yet another way for U.S. companies to gain a foothold in the European marketplace and worldwide.
