Gerrit brings extensive expertise building world-class global HR organizations in high-growth and/or large global companies (with a staff of 30,000 or more), and in creating and managing HR organizations with virtual regional and functional teams (with a staff of 300 or more).

Alex Schroder, MBA, principal, Prisma Group, NC-based company. Aard has held commercial, operational, staff and P&L roles in various industries, and has performed in start-up, turnaround and growth situations. He also has substantial expertise in domestic and international operations, and in business development and transactions that create value through organic growth, partnerships and acquisitions
