Five years ago, a U.S. manufacturer of consumer products for the beauty industry approached us for an overview of Western and Eastern Europe markets. The client also wanted help expanding its brand awareness in Europe using direct marketing and media relations, and in setting up a distribution network on a country-by-country basis.
Since then, EuroDev has helped this client develop a website in five languages, install a multilingual customer service hotline, establish a revamped order management system and establish a pan-European network that consists of 30 distributors. We’ve also helped them conduct multiple PR campaigns, which have led to a measurable increase in brand awareness.
We continue to work closely with this client, and are currently helping them plan the launch of a new personal grooming device throughout Europe.

With our help, the client was able to establish a European office, acquire valuable customers such as Auchan and Carrefour, and plans to expand their strategy to other EU countries.

By collaborating with EuroDev, the client now has a fully operational European sales and marketing office from which all European sales activities are coordinated. Distributors have been set up in the geographic markets where the client didn’t previously have coverage. Meanwhile, the performance of existing distributors is frequently monitored and evaluated in order to guarantee coverage in the European countries they serve.
In cooperation with national distributors, we’re developing tailor-made marketing programs in order to increase brand awareness and gain market share. The client increased European turnover 300% in a year and a half, and continues to expand its European business with our support.
