Our recruitment process involves three phases.

During Phase 1, we:

• Work closely with you to develop a precise job description and desired candidate profile.
• Develop and execute a sound recruiting strategy.
• Advertise the position.
• Make a preliminary selection of candidates and present their résumés to you for review.
• Conduct interviews with this first round of selected applicants.

During Phase 2, we:

• Review the findings of our initial interviews and report back to you.
• Create a shortlist with your input.
• Conduct a second round of interviews with applicants together with you here in Europe.
• Review the findings of this second round and report back to you about who we believe is your most promising candidate.

Finally, during Phase 3 we:

• Perform a comprehensive reference check.
• Arrange a final interview with the candidate at your U.S. headquarters.
• If you agree that the candidate is the right choice for the position you’re trying to fill, help you negotiate his or her employment contract.
