Within a specialized HR Outsourcing unit at EuroDev, you'll have the opportunity to deliver top-tier employer services to our esteemed clients in North America. YOUR ROLE

HR Business Partner for our US clients
Trusted HR consultant for employees in Europe
On/off-board employees, draw up agreements according to the local legislation
Coordinate with client, external and internal legal and financial partners
Collaborating closely with colleagues and transitioning into an independent senior role

YOU HAVE

5+ years of professional experience, with 2 years in relevant HR or Legal roles
Experience in working within a multicultural English-speaking work environment
Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
Preference to work independently, proactively, and hands-on
Desire to learn and develop your knowledge European-wide
