Human Resources Consultant

    HR advisory is a core part of EuroDev’s service offering, supporting international companies in their European expansion. Within our HR team, we provide both hands-on and strategic HR support to a diverse portfolio of clients across Europe.

    To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior HR Consultant who can take ownership of multiple clients and act as a trusted HR Business Partner in a remote international context. You will work in a dynamic, ambitious, and highly independent environment, where quality, responsibility, and client focus are key.

    WHAT YOU DO

    • HR Business Partner for a portfolio of international clients
    • Strategic and hands-on HR support
    • Advise on Dutch labour law and European HR topics
    • Manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently
    • Build strong client relationships
    • Deliver high-quality, client-focused HR services
    • Proactively improve processes and services
    • Work independently in a fast-paced, international environment

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Min. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or Law
    • 5+ years of relevant HR experience
    • Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law (must-have)
    • Experience with international clients or environments
    • HRBP for multiple clients or consultancy background
    • Experience in mid-sized corporates or agency environments
    • Commercial and client-oriented mindset
    • Proactive and well-organized, independent and high ownership
    • Digitally savvy; experience with AI tools, such as MS Copilot is a plus
    • Fluent in English; strong Dutch required for labour law
    • Comfortable working in an on-site setting in Almelo, Overijssel (4 days per week, 1 day from home).
