International Account Manager

We are looking for an eager and trustworthy Account Manager with Business Development DNA with a proven track in the service industry. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to existing and potential customers to advise them about services and you like to travel occasionally, we would love to meet you.

EuroDev houses 75 employees with 25+ nationalities in an open, fun and ambitious working environment. We offer sales, marketing, HR and financial services to our North American clients to help them become successful in Europe. International Account Manager Mervin in Almelo


  • Together with the marketing team you develop a strategy for existing clients and new prospects
  • You generate and follow up leads and organize meetings to evaluate the customer needs
  • Develop relationships with clients and prospects in the USA and Europe
  • Develop your network and social media presence
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our services
  • Create reviews and reports on your activities
  • Renegotiate/close deals with clients and prospects


  • Account manager experience preferably in HR or the service industry
  • Fast learner with a results-driven approach and genuine interest in people
  • Proficiency in English; Dutch or other European language is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with the CRM program is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of sales/account management and negotiating techniques
  • Living or willing to live in a radius of 45 minutes from Almelo, The Netherlands
