Advanced Technology Business Development Manager


    We’re on the lookout for a driven and forward-thinking Business Development Manager to join our Advanced Technology team. This unit, focused on software applications, aerospace, and defence, had an outstanding year behind it and even bigger plans for the one ahead. That’s why we’re looking for someone who’s not just up for a new role, but ready to jump in, make an impact, and grow with us.

    WHAT YOU DO:

    • Lead the expansion into European markets by crafting and executing go-to-market strategies for our North American clients.
    • Take charge of the sales process, from generating leads and qualifying prospects to closing complex deals.
    • Represent clients at trade shows and meet potential partners across Europe.
    • Travel occasionally to the US and Canada, strengthening relationships with North American clients and gaining valuable insights.
    • Plan, execute, and report on projects with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.

     

    THIS IS YOU:

    • You have 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development; technical acumen is a plus
    • You’re fluent in English; French or Spanish is a big plus!
    • You have a valid driver’s license and are comfortable with occasional travel (up to 25%).
    • You’re either based near Almelo or open to relocating within a 45-minute commute.
