Digital Marketing is a key part of EuroDev’s growth strategy. In this business unit, we develop and execute European digital marketing strategies for North American companies. We want to build the team by adding a Digital Marketing Consultant to help us grow this business unit. With 75 employees, representing 28 nationalities, we work together in an open, fun, and ambitious environment. I'm your new Digital Marketing Consultant

WHAT YOU DO

Execute digital marketing activities for North American clients expanding into Europe
Support website management, localization, and basic campaign execution
Set up, monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta)
Support lead-generation initiatives and help improve digital visibility and conversion
Track performance, analyse data and identify actionable insights
Coordinate tasks with colleagues and external partners
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines across different client projects
Continuously develop your digital marketing skills and market knowledge

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, International Business, or a related field
2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Experience with CMS platforms (preferably WordPress)
Foundational knowledge of paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Merchant Center
Ability to analyse campaign performance and identify trends
Understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, conversions, impressions, CTA performance
Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow quickly in an international environment
