Industrial Inside Sales Manager


    Our EuroDev units are expanding, and we have some great partnerships ready to conquer the European market. Due to an internal promotion, we are happy to announce a new replacement     Inside Sales Manager to our team.

    You will work for multiple North American clients and be responsible for driving the expansion of their businesses across Europe. Together with your colleagues in the Industrial unit, you will work on a European growth strategy and execution of sales for our clients in industries like Automotive, Construction, Oil & Gas, or Electrical components.

    WHAT YOU DO:

    • Develop and execute European Go-To-Market strategies, driving sales and marketing activities.
    • Support and coordinate business trips, trade shows, and industry events across Europe.
    • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing complex deals.
    • Keep projects on track with structured planning, reporting, and execution.

    THIS IS YOU

    • Bachelor's degree in (international) business, economics, or marketing.
    • Technical and international affinity.
    • 1+ years of professional experience in sales and business development.
    • Able to work independently
    • Fluency in English; French or German language is a plus.
    • You live (or are willing to relocate) within 45-minutes of Almelo, Netherlands.
    • A valid driver’s license is a plus.
