Why did CBN/Operation Blessing look for a European HR Outsourcing Partner like EuroDev?
When the war with Ukraine broke out, CBN deployed our international disaster relief team to Poland to bring relief to refugees who fled Ukraine. As we did not have a legal entity in Poland we looked for an organization that could help us with employing staff on a long-term basis, ensuring compliance with Polish tax and employment regulations.

Before we engaged with Eurodev, we could only work with contractors via our UK and Germany-based offices. Due to Polish regulations around tax liability after 90 days of presence in-country, we needed to find a more permanent solution.

What are the next steps for CBN/OB in developing the European market?
As our outreach in Poland is coming to an end, we will be mainly focusing on work through our legal entities in Europe, including the UK, Germany, Netherlands, and Ukraine. As our work in disaster relief is unpredictable, we are likely to want to call on the services of Eurodev in territories where we have a longer-term deployment.
