Our Tradeshow Journey Across Europe

Created at: 27 October 2025 - Last updated: 27 October 2025

September took our Advanced Technology Business Development Team on an exciting journey across Europe, visiting over ten cities across six countries, including the UK, Germany, Poland, Italy, France, and Belgium. Our team attended major tradeshows alongside our principals (clients), supported them on-site with logistics and meetings, and visited prospects across key regions to strengthen business relationships and explore new market opportunities.

Here’s a closer look at the insights and trends we observed firsthand.

DSEI: London, UK

DSEI showcased the next wave of defense technology, with drones, AI applications, and autonomous vehicles drawing particular attention. Attending the show alongside one of our principals, our Business Development Manager, Quinten Nelis noted, “The show was busier than last year, and it was clear that intelligence solutions and autonomous systems are the next big focus areas.” Participating together allowed us to meet key decision-makers and explore ongoing projects directly with partners.

Caravan Salon: Düsseldorf, Germany

Our Inside Sales Managers, Pietro Muscatiello and Filip Avramovic, supported one of our principals on-site, helping coordinate logistics and exhibition setup. “It was a huge show, busy in the mornings, quieter in the afternoons, but the most successful exhibitors were those who invested in clear, engaging product demonstrations,” Pietro noted. The event emphasized sustainability and smart mobility, with energy-efficient vehicle designs and tech-enabled travel solutions sparking conversations about how the industry is evolving to meet changing traveler expectations.

MSPO: Kielce, Poland

MSPO is clearly growing in scale and relevance, as our VP, Fabio Macri, along with our Inside Sales Specialist, Sonia Stefaniak, gathered on-site, while supporting ongoing partnerships and meeting with new prospects. The event drew strong international participation, with large U.S. and Scandinavian pavilions, as well as notable attendance from government officials, including representatives from the Polish Ministry of Defense and border control. “There’s a visible rise in demand. Many companies that used to work in civil industries are now shifting toward defense, responding to new security priorities,” Sonia observed. Poland’s close ties with both the U.S. and South Korea were evident in numerous joint projects and procurement partnerships, signaling growing opportunities for collaboration and technology exchange.

UK Metals Expo: Birmingham, UK

The metals sector’s rapid evolution was clear, with logistics and operational efficiency taking center stage. Leon Scholten, our Sales Manager, noted how investments in rail, ports, and service hubs are transforming production and workflow, with companies increasingly adopting new technologies to optimize operations. These observations offered a clear view of the trends shaping the metals sector and the ways in which businesses are adapting to stay competitive. In addition to attending the show, our team met with potential partners and clients in nearby cities, continuing conversations started at earlier stages of collaboration.

IBC: Amsterdam, Netherlands

At IBC, Fabio and Leon explored a visually engaging showcase of broadcasting and satellite communications, noting strong interest in emerging innovations that highlight the rapid evolution of media technology. The show brought together a broad array of industry players, providing a clear view of emerging trends and opportunities in content delivery, communications, and media technologies.

Schweissen & Schneiden: Essen, Germany

Among the many impressive technologies on display, automation and robotics stood out as a major focus of the show. What particularly drew Leon’s attention were the collaborative, AI-driven robots. He observed live demos where the robots adapted welding processes in real time using AI and computer vision, adjusting on the spot for each unique pipe, demonstrating capabilities that distinguish these systems in the industry. The event also brought together key players in welding, cutting, and plasma technology, showcasing practical applications for manufacturing and production automation.
