Why Symeres needed EuroDev
Why did you seek EOR services in Europe?
We explored EOR services in Europe because we had strong relationships with talented candidates based in countries where we don't currently have legal entities. Instead of encouraging relocation, we aimed to support these individuals in continuing their work from their home countries. EOR provided a flexible and compliant way for us to retain valued team members and maintain continuity, even without a local presence.
What were some of the challenges your company encountered when attempting to hire in Europe?
One of the main challenges we encountered was hiring in countries where we didn’t have a legal entity. Without a local presence, our options were limited to contractor arrangements, which many candidates were hesitant to accept due to their preference for the stability and benefits of formal employment. This made it more difficult to attract and retain top talent in some markets.

How has EuroDev influenced your processes internally?
EuroDev has complemented and enhanced our internal hiring process, especially by helping us reduce time-to-hire in certain regions.
