At EuroDev, Corporate Social Responsibility is deeply embedded in our DNA. We focus on the UN SDGs 1, 4, 8, and 10, where we believe we can make a difference. We also encourage our colleagues to get involved by offering CSR days, giving them the opportunity to support initiatives they care about.

From ringing the victory bell for a new client, to learning over lunch, firing up the first barbecue of the season, or traveling for clients, these moments bring us together, spark new experiences, and make everyday work memorable.

Ring the bell & celebrate

When we sign a new client or partner, or receive a new signature for one of our clients, our victory bell rings to share the moment of success with everyone in the office. Afterwards, each team enjoys the win in their own style, the Dutch office with our famous kroketten, and the Belgrade team with ćevapi.
Summer break

Our annual Summer Break event brings the whole team together! Colleagues from Belgrade join us in Almelo for a week of bonding, trainings, and strategy sessions. We wrap up with a big party to celebrate the moment and recharge for the year ahead.
Lunch & Learn

At EuroDev, we love sharing knowledge and encourage curiosity. In the frames of Lunch & Learn, colleagues can request topics they’re curious about, and EuroDev will bring in internal or external experts to share their insights, all while enjoying lunch together.
Personal Development Program

Our PDP is all about growth, both personal and professional. Over nine months, employees take part in group trainings, personal coaching, and reflection sessions guided by experienced trainers. The program focuses on personal leadership, communication, teamwork, and self-awareness, helping each participant understand their strengths, tackle challenges, and take the next step in their EuroDev journey.
1st Barbecue of the year

In our Almelo office, the arrival of warm weather is a reason to celebrate! Once the temperature hits 23°C, we fire up the grill for some delicious burgers and good company, the EuroDev way to kick off summer.
PV Activities

Our PV is our committee responsible for organizing fun activities outside the office. Whether it’s a trip to an amusement park, a curling tournament, or another creative team outing, our committed PV committee always finds a way to bring colleagues together for some well-deserved fun.
End of the month parties

Every last Friday of the month, one of our company units takes the lead in organizing a themed party to wrap up the month together. It could be a Brazilian Carnival celebration, a FIFA tournament, or a board game night, our teams always go above and beyond to make each Friday special.
Table Tennis & Soccer tournaments

At EuroDev, our competitive spirit runs strong, especially when it comes to table tennis and soccer. Colleagues often find time to practice at the office before our annual tournaments, where the true pros claim their well-earned titles and return the next year to defend them.
Caddy

Caddy is EuroDev’s beloved Volkswagen Caddy — our office car that helps with daily corporate tasks, like picking up visitors, buying office supplies, and running small errands, such as picking up pumpkins to decorate the office) But the best part? It has helped dozens of EuroDev employees move to their new homes! When you need a bigger vehicle for moving, EuroDev’s Caddy is there to lend a hand.
