Our Hiring Journey

Transparency and clear communication are key to our hiring process. Here’s what you can expect when applying for a role at EuroDev.

  • Round 0: Screening call with HR

    If your application is found to be a good fit, our HR team will reach out for the first call to get to know you better.

  • Round 1: Interview with HR & future colleague

    For the first interview we will get acquainted, learn about your goals, and how you can add value to the unit.

  • Round 2: Interview with future manager & colleague

    For the second interview, we’ll invite you to our office to dive deeper into your career and who we are as EuroDev, and to discuss a business case and your perspective.

    You will be invited for a cup of coffee with a member of the board to align the expectations, get a chance to connect & get a feeling of our culture.
